What do you think of my song?

I wrote this, but I am never good at judging my own work! Could
someone please have a play of this and see if it makes sense! FYI, I
find the first verse cringe but struggling to think of alternatives
and I a considering changing the ryhme scheme - a bit too prescribed I
think :/

are poetry set to music - you just have to find the right tune.
